Brief Album Info: For this project, L.A.V.A. and Volatile engaged in a friendly competition by hopping on industry beats and simply "putting a foot in the ass" of each beat. The duo went back and forth trying to one up each other and the result is a compilation of those tracks, including a couple tracks done together.
Brief Album Info: The second installment in R.E.A.L.'s "Foot In Ass" Mixtape series. Volume 2 offers a more extensive track list than the first offering along with a few features from other artists. L.A.V.A. & Volatile once again tackle some of the hottest industry instrumentals, in some cases crafting new anthems, and in others simply "F.I.A."ing the beat with bars.

Brief Album Info: Part 3 in ACT LIVE MUSIC's 2011 live series features our set highlighting records that were originally released on the ‘Foot In Ass’ mixtape series, amongst others. It also includes a previously unreleased track titled ‘Hold Up’ (prod. by Volatile) at the end of the record as a bonus!! This project was recorded June 4, 2010 at The Dub Land Underground in Rochester, NY when we opened for Marco Polo, Ruste Juxx and the Brown Bag AllStars. Enjoy!!
Brief Album Info: Pt. 1 of the Write Bros. series finds Volatile & Lava tackling some of the latest industry instrumentals and putting their signature spin on all of them. This time around (contrary to their last project "Foot In Ass") The duo appear on every track together (no solos). They also enlist a great supporting cast including many local rappers and even enlist a male and female singer for a couple tracks each (a sound that was missing from previous releases). In addition, the fellas enlist 585 host extraordinare Harvey Who? and 585's DJ Naps to host the mixtape, which adds even more flair to the project.

Brief Album Info: Quite simply, it's a Bonus Disc to the "Foot In Ass" Vol. 2 Mixtape. More instrumental abuse from L.A.V.A. & Volatile. These tracks did not make the cut for the hard copy release of FIA2 and were released ONLY digitally a couple weeks after the mixtape dropped.
